Heritage Construction ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LockForge mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

LockForge is designed to be a secure, offline password generation and storage tool. Privacy is at the core of our application architecture. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

LockForge is an offline application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.

Personal Data

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the basic functions of LockForge.

Data You Provide

The Application allows you to generate and store passwords. This data is stored locally and exclusively on your device using an encrypted local database (Room). We do not have access to this data.

3. App Permissions

LockForge is designed to respect your privacy by operating with the minimum possible interaction with your device's system. Based on our analysis of the current implementation:

• No Special Permissions Required: The application does not request or require any special Android permissions (such as access to your Camera, Contacts, Microphone, or Location) to function.
• Internal Storage: The application uses the app-private internal storage to save your passwords securely. This does not require any "Storage" permission as the data is strictly isolated to the application itself.
• No Internet Access: The application does not request the INTERNET permission, ensuring that your data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted.

4. Third-Party Services

To ensure maximum privacy, LockForge does not integrate with third-party SDKs for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Specifically:

• No Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics.
• No Advertising: We do not use AdMob or any other advertising platform.
• No Crash Reporting: We do not use third-party crash reporting tools that collect device logs.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. Since all data is stored locally, the security of your information depends on the security of your device. We recommend using device-level encryption and biometric locks to protect your device.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
